Preschool in Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, and Pinecrest, FL

Two and three-year-olds grow through exploring and learning. Using all their senses, they learn about the world around them. Enrolling your child in a preschool program is the best way to encourage this daily learning. The Margaux Early Childhood School has earned accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children. Our preschool classes offer nurturing programs, which create the foundation for continuous learning throughout their school years.

Preschool Options in South Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and the Surrounding Areas

We offer two preschool class options, our two-year-old preschool class, and our three-year-old preschool class. In the two-year-old classroom, we have a 1 to 6 teacher-student ratio, which means all our children thrive in a safe space where nurturing and learning go hand in hand.

Our preschoolers continue to learn developmental skills and social skills, while gaining independence. Our teachers encourage the students to express themselves emotionally and socially, so they become an essential part of the classroom community. Through support, respect and understanding, our teachers provide classrooms which appeal to a growing child’s curiosity for learning. Each space is designed with our two and three-year-old students in mind. Creating inviting, appropriately sized classroom environments creates an atmosphere of positive learning for the children. When the students arrive to class they are ready to learn social skills, language skills, math, science and gross and fine motor development.

Preschool Building Blocks

Preschool age children are learning every moment. The teachers and staff at the Margaux Early Childhood School nurture this curiosity by encouraging the children to express themselves verbally and through art. Classes explore painting, dance, drawing, building, writing, sculpture, and social interaction. Our highly-trained teaching staff participates in ongoing continuing education to provide the most up-to-date education curriculum to our students. Parents and teachers understand it’s important for preschool children to have a strong educational and social foundation, which they will build on year after year. Our three to four-year-old preschool class is a five day a week program which runs from 8:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. Of course, we understand working parents need longer hours, so we continue to provide a nurturing learning environment for your child in our Extended Day program. Parents can drop off their child at 7:30 a.m. and pick-up by 6 p.m. Our preschool extended hours can be chosen daily when needed.
